Working at Target is a mixed bag. The team is friendly and supportive, which makes the day go by faster, but the workload can be overwhelming, especially during busy seasons. The pay is fair for retail, but there’s not much room for advancement unless you’re willing to put in a lot of time. Overall, it’s an okay job for someone looking for part-time work or a stepping stone.

Target is an okay place to work if you’re looking for consistent hours and a fast-paced environment. The work is straightforward, but it can get repetitive, and there’s a lot of emphasis on meeting sales goals, which can be stressful. Management is hit or miss depending on the store, but most coworkers are nice. It’s a decent option for retail work, but nothing extraordinary.

Working at Target has its pros and cons. The discount is a nice perk, and the job itself is manageable, but the shifts can feel long, especially when the store is understaffed. Training could be more thorough, and communication from management can be inconsistent. It’s not a bad place to work, but it’s not particularly great either—it’s just okay."
